Provincial Employees Community Services Fund (PECSF) organizes charities in two ways:
Employees can select a regional charity program or their own list of charities, but not a combination of both.
A pool of locally screened charitable organizations where individual chapters or programs have applied for and been approved to receive a portion of funding by a local PECSF regional committee.
These organizations are required to report annually on the status of their approved program to continue to receive funding during each three-year funding cycle.

Choose any CRA-registered charity in good standing. Funds can be directed to a specific location or program.
To find registered charity names and registration numbers, visit the CRA website or contact PECSF@gov.bc.ca for assistance. PECSF ensures each charity is in good standing with CRA prior to sending funds.
If your charity is no longer in good standing or has closed, you'll be contacted and your current donation held until you allocate the funds to another organization.
