Are you a recent graduate and looking to start a career in an engaging position? Are you looking for career growth opportunities? The Transportation Entry Level Program, or TELP, provides a broad range of work experiences while allowing you to maintain a great work life balance. You will live, work and play in some of the most beautiful landscapes in "Super, Natural British Columbia."

The TELP program

The Transportation Entry Level Program, previously known as the Technician Entry Level Program, recruits recent graduates (within the last 7 years) with relevant education and provides training, mentorship and practical work experience. TELP participants are initially employed at the salary grid 15 level, supported by a job-specific training guide.

TELP is designed to provide career opportunities to recent graduates (within the last 7 years) and provide them with work experience and training, while continually increasing their responsibilities. Participants graduate into the salary grid 18 level upon completion of the necessary training and demonstration they are fully performing at the grid 18 level.

Plan to be exposed to a variety of problems, solutions and techniques that provide a solid career foundation for your future in a ministry that has a strong emphasis on training and growth.
