The provincial government announced its 2026 Budget on February 17, 2026. The right to appeal certain assessments of tax to the minister are amended as a result. Learn more at B.C. Provincial budget tax changes.

Fuel tax refund for persons with disabilities
January 2, 2026
FIN 472, Application for Refund of Provincial Fuel Tax for Persons With Disabilities (PDF, 340KB), and FIN 474, Application for Refund of Provincial Fuel Tax for Spouses of Persons With Disabilities (PDF, 390KB), have been updated to reflect the years you may be eligible to claim a refund.
