As a result of Budget 2024, the Minister of Finance may decide to refer a matter back to the program branch that issued the original decision, to be reconsidered. Information about the reconsideration process has been added to the following bulletin and pages:

FIN 87, Authorization – Appeal to Minister (PDF, 200KB), FIN 292, Notice of Arbitration (PDF, 270KB), and FIN 298, Appeal to Minister (PDF, 250KB), are revised to update the mailing address postal code.
