Court lists are available every morning. They are organized by:
- Civil and criminal cases
- Criminal case are separated into provincial and supreme court cases
Criminal court lists
Criminal cases are those in which someone is accused of committing a crime. The accused individual can be tried by the B.C. Provincial or Supreme court.
Court lists for criminal hearings are available daily by 6:30 am (PST).
Civil court lists
Civil court matters include things like family law, divorce, appeals and small claims. Civil court lists are updated daily by 6:00 am (PST).
Court lists are not archived for civil matters (e.g. small claims, appeals, etc.). Information about the case can be found in the court registry.
