Timber Tenure Bulletins, Policies and Procedures
Last updated on April 6, 2024The B.C. government administers and maintains the forest tenures system and the legislation, regulations, policies and procedures that address the occupation of Crown land and harvesting of Crown and private timber.
The documents found on this page are intended to provide provincial guidance on specific areas of legislation and/or a specific forest management issue. These documents were developed in consultation with government staff and industry representatives to ensure a consistent understanding and agreement.
