With reference to your letter of December 13, 1989, regarding a complex with mini storage facilities.

As you indicate, this type of facility was addressed under Appeal #1051; however, Appeal #1051A dealt further with the issue and a copy of that decision is attached for your guidance. At this point a similar course of action would seem desirable, but we will assist if resolution is not achieved.
