Record types include correspondence, reports, and organization charts.

(covers organization, reorganization, administrative history, regionalization, consolidation and responsibilities of ministries and agencies, including divisions, branches, regions, and offices)
SO = when organization and/or responsibilities change, and when no longer required for reference purposes
DE = These records can be destroyed upon authorization of the Government Information Management Specialist (team) or Ministry Records Officer because information concerning significant ministry and agency organization is retained by the government archives under secondary -02.
