  • For ministry programs and services
  • To connect with an office during regular business hours

If you have a Person ID (PID) and number (PIN) or Social Insurance Number (SIN), press 1 then press:

  • 1 to:
    • Learn about ministry services or payment dates
    • Find contact information
    • Reset PID/PIN
  • 2 to connect with a ministry office
  • 3 for provincial services, then press:

  • 5 for help completing your monthly report

If you prefer, you can get service in-person. Service BC can help you in smaller communities that don't have dedicated offices.

Offices are:

  • Open Monday to Friday, 9 am to 4 pm PST
  • Closed 12 pm to 1 pm
  • Closed statutory holidays, Easter Monday and Boxing Day
