CleanBC Industry Fund

The CleanBC Industry Fund (CIF) supports B.C.’s industrial operations in decarbonizing and adopting innovative, clean technologies. Program funding supports projects that:

• Reduce greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions
• Stimulate investment in developing technology

Eligibility

The CIF supports projects from development, to trial, and to deployment. These projects reduce GHG emissions from large industrial operations.

You may be eligible if your business:

• Has emissions over 10,000 tonnes of CO₂e per year
• Submits a GHG report under the Greenhouse Gas Industrial Reporting and Control Act
• Is a regulated operation under the B.C. Output-based Pricing System

The program encourages partnerships, but the primary applicant must be a regulated operation.
