The enforcement process follows a specific order. Serious or repeated contraventions might mean the Liquor and Cannabis Regulation (LCRB) has to take enforcement action.
LCRB inspectors regularly inspect licensed and authorized establishments to ensure compliance with legislation and licence terms and conditions.

The inspector will review the evidence and circumstances of the alleged contravention to decide whether enforcement action is necessary. An inspector may seize liquor or cannabis as evidence.
