If you’re starting a new mine in B.C., you have to apply for permits and other authorizations before you can begin mineral exploration and mining activities. You will also have to pay a mine inspection fee.
You may qualify for the new mine allowance for up to one-third of your capital costs for new mines and for expansions of existing mines.
