What to include
If you have received a Statement of Account, use the voucher at the bottom of the statement. If you have not received a Statement of Account, you can get a printable payment voucher.

Make sure you leave enough time for your payment to be received in our office by the due date. Postmark dates are not accepted as date of payment. If you mail us a post-dated cheque, ensure the cheque is dated before or on the due date.
