Proposed regulation

Exempt the trapper within the Buckworth Creek MVCA for the purpose of trapping.

Rationale

The proposed regulation change is intended to correct an oversight that occurred in 2010 when converting the Corn Creek MVHCA to the Buckworth Creek MVCA. When the area was designated as the Corn Creek MVHCA in 1997, the trapper was exempted for the purpose of trapping and through the conversion of the historic closure to the Buckworth Creek MVCA the intended exemption of the trapper should have been carried forward but was missed.
