Land use - floating home community

A floating home is defined as a structure built on a floatation system, which is used as residence and is not intended for navigation or use as a navigable craft.

Please note that the Province of British Columbia currently does not accept applications for floating home communities. If the aquatic land is under the jurisdiction of a Harbour Board or Commission please contact those agencies directly for further information.
