With reference to your letter of October 8, 1985, regarding the ventilation of cooking equipment.

Your situation involves limited use of a domestic range, for purposes which will not involve surface frying, an issue which has been dealt with in detail under previous appeals, copies of No. 687 and 706 are attached.

On the basis of the information provided we do not regard the provisions of Sentence 3.3.1.1.(4) as applicable to your installation.
