With reference to your letter of October 26, 1988 and further to Appeal No. 1012.

Before we respond to your letter we would require clarification of the points which you wish us to consider. Sentence 3.7.3.28.(3) is specific, every dwelling unit must be provided with the special outlet box described in Sentence 3.7.3.17.(5) in apartment buildings designed as senior citizens residences.

Sentence 3.7.3.17.(6) deals with the power supply for strobe lights connected to three special outlet boxes and indicates a factor of 20% relating to power consumption being acceptable, based on the probability of simultaneous use.
