Using our online forms:

  • helps simplify the form submission process
  • gets your information to us directly and updates your file
  • speeds up processing times

All you need is a free Basic BCeID account to get started. Learn more about BCeID. Need help? Call us at 1-877-343-2767, staff are available to help with the registration process and answer any questions about the AgriStability program.

Do NOT share your BCeID login details with anyone. Accountants must create and sign into their own Basic BCeID account.

 How to file Statement A

To participate in AgriStability, you need to do two things annually:

  1. Pay your enrolment fee by April 30th of the Program Year
  2. Complete and submit your Statement A by June 30th of the following year (June 30th, 2026 for the 2025 program year)

If you experience a major loss of income (30% or more), submit a Notice of Loss to discuss receiving an Advance (Interim) Payment.

 

Enrolment

To register for AgriStability you must complete the following forms:

New Participant for 2027

Use this form to enrol in AgriStability if you were not enrolled last year. This form collects information about your farm including what you produce and the size of your operation. After submitting this form, you will receive an Enrolment Notice for the coming year by mail.

Your reference margin is based on your farm's past 5 years of farming income and expense data, and is used to calculate the amount of coverage available to you. Learn more about How it Works.

To be eligible for payments, you must complete and file your Statement A annually.

Statement A for Individuals

Every year, send your statement of farming activity (Statement A for AgriStability) to the CRA. You can now send the last page of your Statement A directly to us to speed up your claim processing. This form requires your farm size, production, and inventory details from the last year. It also includes income and expenses that were not cleared by year end. Commodity code list.

Statement A for Corporations

Save time and money by electronically filing your corporate AgriStability Statement A. The information is used to calculate your AgriStability payment and is also sent to AgriInvest so you can receive your Deposit Notice. Commodity code list.

2026 forms must be downloaded to your desktop and opened with Adobe Reader 11. To download the file: right-click the link and select "save link as" or "download file", then choose a location to save the file and click "save". Submit a Claim & get the help you need

Use these forms when you’ve experienced or suspect you’ll experience a 30% decline in your margin for the year.

Notice of Loss

Use this form immediately after suffering a disaster. You can contact our customer support team for help. Our team will explain your options and assist you with next steps to receive an Advance (Interim) Payment. 
When you fill out this form, a Verifier will guide you through receiving and Advance (Interim) Payment and/or Coverage Notice. However, you can submit forms to specifically request an Advance (Interim) Payment or Coverage Notice as well.

Advance (Interim) Payment

Fill out this form to receive half of your AgriStability payment early. The early interim payment can help with cash flow. Farmers may apply after finishing a production cycle and can estimate their income and expenses for the year.

Coverage Notice 

Fill out this form to receive a free estimate of your protection with AgriStability. To get a coverage notice you must be enrolled more than one season. If your farm margin falls below your coverage notice payment trigger, you will receive a payment.

Account Transfer 

To transfer your AgriStability account, history and responsibility (including fees, benefit payments and debts) to a new owner.

Adjustments

Adjustment Request

  • May be submitted up to 18 months from the date on the original Final Calculation of Benefit letter.
  • Used to provide missing information or correct errors in the original submission.
  • Once reviewed:
    • Accepted: An Adjusted Calculation of Benefit will be issued.
    • Not accepted: A notification letter/email will be sent.

Appeal Request

Appeal Request

  • May be submitted within 90 days of the Adjustment denial letter.
  • Must clearly identify what is being appealed.
  • Must include all supporting information and documentation to support the appeal.
  • Missed AgriStability deadlines may only be excused under extenuating circumstances, as determined by AgriStability.
  • Program policy exceptions (e.g., eligibility or disagreement with rules) cannot be appealed.

Simplified Reference Margin Request
