B.C. Crop and Livestock reports provide a weekly summary of agricultural production conditions. Volunteer reporters in regions throughout B.C. make these reports.

Reporters conduct surveys which ask questions about the conditions found in their local area including:

  • Moisture and crop conditions
  • Seeding and planting progress
  • Crop damage
  • Access to water
  • An evaluation of forage supply and pasture conditions

Reports can be used by people interested in information about current agricultural production conditions, including:

  • Producers
  • Producer organizations
  • Government ministries and agencies
