Enterprise Grant Management Portal

The Grant Management System is a tool that allows organizations and people applying for various government grants to update and check the progress of their application. It is a free website that works on computers and mobile devices. There is no app to download or install.

Applicants can use it to:

• View their applications
• Check their payment status, if available

Understanding sign-in methods

Applicants must use the same sign-in method they used to submit their application. Otherwise, they may not be able to view their information.

Enterprise Grant Management Portal offers four ways to sign in.

• BC Services Card account: for individuals
• Business BCeID: for people who are acting on behalf of a business/organization
• Basic BCeID: for individuals (e.g. international users)
• IDIR: for internal use by BC Government workers

Understanding programs

More than 10 programs use the Enterprise Grant Management Portal.

Applicants who have applied to more than one program must select a program to view their application and related information. Information is not currently shared between programs.

Applicants who have applied to only one program do not need to select any.
