These techniques help keep the regulator relaxed and aware of their surroundings should a conflict escalate. Furthermore, an understanding of conflict management and de-escalation skills is important to help ensure safe and professional interactions with the regulated entities. Learn a gentle yet powerful way of persuasion that helps to avoid, resolve and manage resistance by using presence and words, whether that is to resolve conflict, achieve compliance or to come to an agreement with a client. The course can be a half day, 1 day or 2 day course. It can be taken in-person or online via MS Teams and is free for Compliance and Enforcement Collaborative members.
