Contact the BC Services Card Help Desk if you have feedback or if you need help to:

  • Set up the BC Services Card app 
  • Set up your username and password
  • Get a BC Token 
  • Log in to a website

Before you call

  • Check the user guides for help
  • Check the website you're trying to access for help or contacts
  • If available, get the following information ready for the call:
    • The date and time an error was displayed
    • Your BC Services Card serial number. (The number on the back edge of your card. It's under the bar code)
    • A description of your problem, including the type of error you received
