Union employees

Most employees in the BC Public Service belong to a union.

For employees who belong to a union, the terms and conditions of employment are outlined in a collective agreement that has been negotiated with your union.

Collective agreements have been negotiated with:

  • BCGEU: BC General Employees' Union
  • BCNU: BC Nurses Union
  • PEA: Professional Employees Association
