Unions & Professional Employee Associations

Union Employees

Most employees in the BC Public Service belong to a union. If you do, your terms and conditions of employment are outlined in a Collective Agreement that has been negotiated with your union.

Collective Agreements have been negotiated with:

  • BCGEU: B.C. Government and Service Employees' Union
  • BCNU: BC Nurses Union
  • PEA: Professional Employees Association
