The Ministry of Transportation and Infrastructure uses controlled vehicle dashboard cameras for the purpose of evaluating ministry highways; evaluating maintenance and construction activities and results; project status; and incident data collection and reporting. During this process, there is a possibility that your personal information may be inadvertently collected under sections 26(c) and 26(e) of Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act ("FOIPPA").
