As part of the master development plan for the area around the Moody Centre SkyTrain station in Port Moody, the Province is proposing a two-acre parcel of government-owned property be redeveloped to provide hundreds of rental units, community services, and public spaces.

Moody's Future
In close coordination with all Moody Centre TOD landowners, the master planned area will deliver more than 3,000 new homes to 5,000+ new residents close to transit along with new community amenities such as a grocery store, a new spacious public plaza fronting Moody Centre Station, artist studios, retail shops, public parks, and a pedestrian overpass to Rocky Point Park.
