The 152 Street Station TOD Project will create a mixed-use community that includes a SkyTrain Station and Surrey's first Provincially delivered transit-oriented development along the SLS corridor that will include homes and amenities.

The plan includes the acquisition of 14 properties in the area for both the SkyTrain station and the development. The mixed-use development will provide diverse housing including rental and affordable housing residential units.

Surrey Langley SkyTrain Project

The Surrey Langley SkyTrain (SLS) Project is a 16-kilometre extension of the Expo Line from King George Station to Langley City Centre, the first rapid transit expansion south of the Fraser River in 30 years.

While planning is still in the early stages, it’s estimated that the project will deliver at least 700 homes. Over the next decade or so, the Province plans to support transit-friendly neighbourhoods at all eight new stations along the Surrey Langley SkyTrain route.
