Register to collect PST through mail or fax

You can register to collect PST by completing the Application for Registration for Provincial Sales Tax (PST) (FIN 418) (PDF, 420KB) and mailing or faxing it to the Ministry of Finance. Remember to include any required supporting documents.

You can also get the registration form at a Service BC Centre.If you fax your application, please do not mail the original. If you mail or deliver the completed form, please keep a photocopy for your records.
