Revise mountain goat limited entry hunting (LEH) zone 5-4H boundary

Proposed regulation:

Extend the boundaries of LEH zone 5-04H to include areas northeast of Mount Pilkington and Mount McLeod. Consult map (PDF, 264KB).

Rationale:

Based on mountain goat observations by Xeni Gwet'in members and staff, we are proposing to modify existing LEH Zone boundaries to align with goat distribution during fall hunting season. This would be to more evenly distribute hunting pressure throughout the LEH zone.
