There is a current hunting season for lynx in MU 7-19 to 7-22, 7-31 to 7-36, 7-42 to 7-58 from November 15 to February 15.

Proposed regulation:

Extend the season dates for lynx in MU 7-19 to 7-22, 7-31 to 7-36, 7-42 to 7-58 to November 1 to February 15.

Rationale:

The proposed extension of season dates will serve to harmonize lynx seasons with neighbouring region 7A, enhance hunter opportunity, and is not expected to impact current harvest rates.
