"In response to the jury’s recommendation #12, BCFSC has met with CVSE and decided to provide all industry safety alerts developed internally to address mechanical related incidents on heavy commercial vehicles. These alerts will then be distributed to the appropriate CVIP facilities and inspectors via CVSE as part of their existing communications protocols. The exact mechanics of this process is still being worked on by BCFSC and CVSE. It is expected that this will be fully resolved buy mid 2024."
