File court documents by fax
Some court documents can be submitted (also referred to as “filing”) by fax. However, not all courthouses are set up to accept faxed documents and certain documents cannot be submitted by fax.
The locations below accept court documents by fax. Otherwise, you must file documents either in person or by mail.
Before submitting a document by fax, make sure your document or form is not on the list of items that cannot be faxed.
