Title Complaint Notices - Mineral Titles
Last updated on February 17, 2022Complaints under the Mineral Tenure Act may be submitted to the chief gold commissioner by an interested person or employee of the ministry. Mineral Titles complaints may be in reference to a false registration or submission of an exploration and development work report; or that a claim is being held for non-mining purposes.
