Re: Access to Photography School, Clause 3.7.2.1.(2)(a)

With reference to your letter of January 15, 1988, regarding the application of Section 3.7.

3.7.2.1.(2) states that Subsection 3.7.2. does not apply under certain situations, and you indicate that your building conforms with one of these exemptions, specifically Sentence 3.7.2.1.(2)(a).

Sentence 3.7.2.2.(1) modifies the exemption provisions, and while we agree that the wording justifies improvement, this does not remove the necessity for conformance. Both Articles fall under the "Application" portion of the Subsection and must apply.
