Re: Crawl Space Insulation

With reference to your letter of June 22, 1989 regarding the insulation of crawl spaces.

Thank you for drawing our attention to what you consider to be problems with reference to insulating crawl spaces in jobsites which you have apparently visited in Surrey and Coquitlam. We suggest that you discuss your concerns with the appropriate authorities having jurisdiction in these municipalities. It is not the function of the Appeal Board to deal with questions of interpretation of the Building Code in the abstract.
