Late Participation 2024

Canada-British Columbia responds to the impacts of extreme weather, marketing challenges and natural disaster in 2024 by implementing Late Participation. Through Late Participation, clients have until April 30, 2025 to enrol in AgriStability's 2024 program year.

Enrolling for Late Participation in AgriStability 2024 is easy! 

Fill in the 2024 Late Participation Initial Declaration and Authorization form and submit it before the April 30, 2025 deadline. 

After your forms are received, our team will contact you;

• to gather more information about your operation, including productive capacity
• to collect the $300 Late Participation fee
• to discuss the option for an AgriStability interim payment

Early payments (interim) increase for 2024

• Late Participants can apply for an early payment (interim) until March 31, 2025
• Eligible participants can qualify for of up to 75% of the estimated final benefit
• Interim applications are processed quickly (within 30 days of receiving the application)

Pay your fees!

• you can pay over the phone by calling 1-877-343-2767
• bring your payment to the nearest AgriStability office, or
• include a cheque (payable to the Minister of Finance) with your mailed application form
