There are two major transitions, or life events for kids who have support needs – find out how to help your child with a successful transition:

A child or teen’s transition goes smoothly when there’s partnership between everyone involved, including:

The child with support needs
Family members
Local service providers
The school

If you're worried that your child isn't reaching certain milestones in their development, they may need a boost or some extra help. The earlier you get advice and support, the better.
