Emil Anderson Construction (EAC) Inc. executed the Highway 97C Elkhart Brake Check to John's Creek project, delivering an exceptionally smooth riding surface with 91 working drainage spillways, exceeding the high standards expected by road users.

EAC’s organized and proactive approach ensured that timelines were met, effectively addressing any challenges that arose during the project. Safety remained a priority, with comprehensive training for new staff and strict adherence to safety protocols, ensuring a secure worksite.

Arrowsmith Road Maintenance Ltd. executed the Hwy 93N Roosville to Junction of Hwy 3 Seal Coat project, completing it well ahead of schedule and within budget. Financially the project was managed well, with no material shortages and timely identification of risks and issues. Their crew was properly trained, and quality control and quantity reports were submitted on time.
