Walking and Cycling
Walking and cycling can be convenient ways to get around your neighbourhood. These methods of transportation are cheap (or free), good for the environment, and help you stay active.
When you walk or ride your bike, remember to wear bright clothes, use lights and reflectors, and stay visible to motorists – and cyclists should always wear a helmet.
