Draft Water Quality Objectives

The B.C. Ministry of Land, Water and Resource Stewardship is committed to public review of draft Water Quality Policy Reports prior to their final approval and posting as policy.

If you wish to be added to the notification list when a new draft Water Quality Objective Policy Report has been posted on this webpage and is open for public comment, enter your email in the subscription box to the right. Please note there is no obligation to review any draft documents. Email water.quality.objectives@gov.bc.ca for more information. 

Written feedback is generally requested within a 30-day period. The review period may be extended if notice is received prior to the end of the review period.

To be considered, feedback must be received before the end of the review period and include the reviewer’s name and affiliation (if applicable). All feedback will be considered and any required changes will be made before final approval of the Policy Report. Responses to public review comments are available upon request.
