Summary
This section establishes the fee for a due diligence search requested under section 101.1 of the Act.
Text of Legislation
51. The fee prescribed in respect of the services provided under section 101.1 of the Act is $35 and must be paid to the director by cheque, draft or money order, made payable to the Minister of Finance, or by any form of electronic payment or transfer of funds to the Minister of Finance.
