Work-Able Accessible Employment Program
Last updated on December 9, 2025Work-Able is a 12-month BC Public Service paid work experience program for recent post-secondary graduates with disabilities.
This unique program provides meaningful, project-based work experience alongside learning, coaching and mentorship opportunities.
When you complete the Work-Able accessible employment program, you will have increased knowledge, skills, abilities and experience that may lead to employment opportunities in the provincial government. You will receive access to internal BC Public Service job postings for 24 months after successfully completing the program.
