Cooperative Education Training Program
Last updated on December 2, 2025BC Public Service Co-op students are registered in a recognized cooperative education program at a participating post-secondary institution.
Their work placement in government allows them to explore the public service and to expand their skills by working on projects that augment their field of study.
Level 1 is for students working towards a diploma or bachelor’s degree.
Level 2 is for students working towards a post-graduate degree.

Refer to grid level 6 for pay rates in effect from April 6, 2025 to May 31, 2025. Effective the first pay period after June 1, 2025 positions classified as range 6 will be paid at grid range 7.
