What's happening and why
BC Stats has retired employee engagement surveying for broader public sector organizations. This change is necessary so BC Stats can focus its limited capacity on its core mandates, including advancing anti-racism research under the Anti-Racism Data Act.
The Work Environment Survey (WES) for the BC Public Service is not affected by this decision.
