Okanagan - Agricultural Land Use Inventory Projects

The Okanagan region includes the western arm of Columbia-Shuswap, the Similkameen Valley, Kettle River Valley and North and Central Okanagan Regional Districts. ALUI projects in the Okanagan region of British Columbia are listed below.

Projects are carried out to support land use planning and water management strategies. Generally, reports are prepared when local governments are undertaking land use planning exercises such as the development of Agricultural Area Plans.

Agriculture Water Demand Model Reports also use Agricultural Land Use Inventory data and are prepared when undertaking water management plans.
