Courthouses and registries have reduced in-person capacity. Use the main entrance and follow these health and safety protocols. Use Court Services Online, fax, email or mail to file documents or contact the appropriate registry.

There are 89 court locations located throughout the province, 43 of which are staffed and include registry services. Staffed court registries are open to the public from 9 am to 4 pm Monday to Friday, excluding statutory holidays, Easter Monday and Boxing Day.

The remaining 46 locations are circuit court sites which are staffed on court hearing days only (documents cannot be filed at these locations).

A number of locations offer public computer workstations (called public access terminals) where you can access certain types of court file information at no charge. Some courthouses also offer free WiFi services through BCNGN and Dogwood WiFi initiative. See the list below.
