Depending on your security access in the PeopleSoft reporting database and time and leave, there are a variety of reporting tools available to assist you with the financial management of leave and leave liability. For more information, including instructions, please refer to the HR analytics confluence site.
These reports are accessible to designated ministry or agency leave contacts. Access can be granted by downloading and completing a Data Access Agreement Form and forwarding to AskMyHR for processing.
This report shows all unapproved leave by business unit (please note: this report will pull prior year orphaned leaves that cannot be cleared from the system or the report).

The Leave Consumption Report (LCR) is the official report for leave liability in the BC Public Service. The LCR reflects data for a specific time for leave banks that have been earned and has a balance for a specific time frame. The LCR is used for the quarterly review and leave rollover expense process.
The unused bank balance report lists all employees by classification codes who have a balance in the selected leave plan. This report helps identify employees who need to use up their leave allowance prior to the calendar or fiscal year end.
The time bank activity report lists all employees by classification codes who have a balance in the selected leave plan. It also identifies previous year and current year payouts to avoid overpayments and identifies charges to departments.
The employee attendance report is one of the primary leave management reports available through PeopleSoft reporting depending on your level of access. The report contains leave information about all employees throughout the year and provides leave plan balances and transaction details for each employee.
There are reports available in the time and leave approval workcentre under the reports and queries tab. Access to these reports is based on your time and leave security access.
This report highlights leave balances and projections for the current year up to and including December 31 of the current year.
This report highlights unprocessed leave requests in time and leave that require approval. It includes a list of leave approvers.
