This archive of Design Build Standard Specifications for Highway Construction serves as a standard reference in construction contracts that reference these specifications.

This archive sets forth minimum requirements, which were consistent with the practice when the contracts were issued. Certain modifications necessary to suit local conditions are specified in special provisions of the contracts.
