The Gaming Policy and Enforcement Branch (GPEB) is pleased to announce that applications for licensed charitable gaming are now paperless. Technical upgrades will improve service for clients by simplifying the application process.

As of January 1, 2019, all licensed charitable gaming event applications and supporting documents must be filed online through our website.

Paper cheques will continue to be accepted for Class A, B and C licences. Class D applications will continue to accept only credit card payments.

To assist clients, organizations and stakeholders through this transition, step-by-step Licensing Application Guides for each different licence are available on our website.

GPEB’s licensing team will also be available to assist by phone or email Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m., except holidays
