Jul 25, 2005 - Auditor General's Report on Gaming Integrity in B.C. Casinos
In his recent audit of managing gaming integrity risks in casinos, Auditor General Wayne Strelioff concluded that government and the B.C. Lottery Corporation are doing a good job of ensuring that error, criminal exploitation and employee dishonesty are minimized in the casino industry.
The audit, entitled "Keeping the Decks Clean: Managing Gaming Integrity Risks in Casinos", confirms those involved in the industry meet high standards of integrity, gaming equipment operates fairly, gaming activities are conducted honestly and government is receiving the correct share of revenue.
