Available options if ineligible for a SCG or NRT

If your organization or the proposed use of the land does not meet eligibility criteria for a SCG or NRT, you may want to consider the following options:

Inquire about purchasing the Crown land at market value
Apply for a standard Crown land tenure and pay market rent
Acquire land through a capital planning process, such as the one used for school boards or the one used for post-secondary facilities.
